Buca App User Agreement

Welcome to Buca! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you can access and use the Buca mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Buca App, you agree to abide by this Agreement. Buca reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. User Registration and Account

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. App Usage

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Buca and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express permission from Buca.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or references to third-party services, websites, or applications. Buca is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services. Accessing these services is done at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies before interacting with them.

7. Termination of Service

Buca reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Buca.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if Buca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or an equivalent organization in your jurisdiction. The venue for arbitration shall be California.
